Bespoke Annexe Design and Build in Kent

This Gorgeous Bespoke designed annexe internally consists of an Open plan kitchen, living space and living room, 1 double bedroom with french doors that open onto a patio, bathroom, utility area and an outdoor dining area that can also be used as a car port.

Georgian style windows were used in the open plan living space and front door, whilst electronic remote controlled Velux windows were installed in the roof. French doors and windows were also used throughout the build and as a result the building gets a lot of natural light.

Exposed oak beams and vaulted ceilings look amazing and help give a greater feeling of space inside.

Softwood weather boarding has been used and painted whilst keeping the oak frame exposed which will will silver magnificently with age.

Photos of the framework being prepared in the workshop can be seen in the photo slide. Some elements were constructed and joined in our workshop ready to go to site. The rest of the framework was delivered pre-measured and cut in our workshops to be assembled on site.
