The Rydal – Garage & Home Office

The Rydal Garage & Home Office combination provides space for your vehicles, storage & workplace under one roof, with the added advantage of being able to work from home. This way you can make full use of the space and multiple uses as well as adding value to your property. This oak framed home office garage has been designed to fall under permitted development spec, this means that depending on the position and the site, planning permission is not needed.

The Rydal offers extra versatility with 2 bays as you could use 1 bay as a workshop area.

The office has triple casement windows to the front and rear allowing light and a double aspect. Both windows have side opening casements with a fixed middle casement to allow lots of fresh air into the office area.

Steve and his team were very helpful from the start and provided me with a sketch of the non-standard barn I needed. A quick turn around on the quote was provided even when I kept changing the design – and it also ended up being one of the most competitive as well.

The team designed and built the frame for our Gazebo for us. They were really helpful in getting the dimensions correct and reducing the height of the roof so that we didn’t have to get planning permission. It was all put up in one day with a large team who were fantastic on-site and very respectful of our neighbours. They travelled a fair distance to us, so we are using a local builder to do the foundations, roofing and patio and they were able to supply them with all the details needed to get things correct.
